Hoe je herroept

Vul het formulier hieronder in. Je krijgt meteen een bevestiging per e-mail zodra we je verzoek hebben ontvangen. Een eventuele terugbetaling regelen we binnen 14 dagen.

Wanneer het herroepingsrecht (deels) vervalt

Bij digitale producten en diensten zijn er twee situaties waarin je herroepingsrecht kan vervallen. In beide gevallen vragen we je dat duidelijk bij de checkout — het gebeurt dus nooit zomaar.

Digitale producten met directe toegang. Wil je een download, video of cursus meteen kunnen gebruiken? Dan vragen we je bij het afrekenen om daar bewust mee in te stemmen. Zodra de levering start, vervalt je herroepingsrecht voor dat product.

Diensten die op jouw verzoek al starten. Vraag je om binnen de 14 dagen al te beginnen, bijvoorbeeld met je traject? Dan mag dat. Herroep je daarna alsnog, dan betaal je alleen voor het deel dat we al hebben gedaan.
